Biography

Vojislav D. Despotovic - Despot, distinguished self educated painter, born 1942. in worker's familly in Velika Plana place near Smederevska Palanka, where he lives today. He start painting in 1963., with small breaks. Last 10 year's is best period of his creativity. He spent some time in Holland, looking for inspiration in colors of that country. He continued his carier in Smederevska Palanke, where he lives today and spent all his time painting. Painter's all over Serbia have the honour to see his painting's many times in their gallerys.Also, Despotovic is a member of Union of selflearned artists of Serbia, and he regulary visit painter's colony.
